He has lectured to physicians in Continuing Medical Education seminars on chronic pain and Opioid Alternative Treatments as well as the statistical efficacy of Suboxone vs. Inpatient Treatment. He has spoken on legal panels on topics including ADA and Workplace Discrimination and Social Security Disability for Worker's Compensation attorneys.
Jerry was selected as a lay member of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee 15C and investigated claims of possible lawyer misconduct and recommended disciplinary actions. He received an award from the Palm Beach County Bar Association for his service.
He maintains hundreds of hours of continuing education and stays up to date on, medical, ethical, labor market subjects as well as the Statutes and case law relevant to his expertise.

Mr. Adato established the firm in 1987. Since that time, he and the firm have provided thousands of vocational assessments and many catastrophic care assessments in a number of legal venues.
He has been chosen to speak at continuing legal education (CLE) forums in matters of Social Security Disability, Jones Act, Longshoreman and Harbor Act cases.
Jerry has also spoken at continuing medical education (CME) seminars on chronic pain patients, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and the statistical efficacy of Suboxone vs. Inpatient Treatment for Opioid Addiction.
He has been a panel member with Florida judiciary on Social Security for the Workers Compensation attorney and has also provided a number of inhouse seminars at law offices on this subject.
He has given ADA seminar for dozens of major employers and municipal departments on issues pertaining to reasonable accommodations, FMLA and workplace discrimination.
Jerry was chosen to participate as a Florida Bar Grievance Committee (15C) member to investigate possible wrong doings by attorneys and recommend disciplinary actions and received and award for his service.
